Edwardstown Photography Club

On Tuesday 6th October we won’t be meeting at our usual location, but instead will be having a night photography session, led by Practicals Director Reg Shackleford.  Members will meet outside Diamonds Photographics on Rundle Street in the city, at 7.30 pm.

Bring cameras and tripods.  If you have a cable or remote shutter release for your camera that would be useful, to avoid camera shake caused by pressing the shutter release button.

For the first time, we are including digital images in the End of Year competitions as well as for monthly competitions. Please refer to the guidelines for naming the files so that the images will be put into the correct section. The guidelines can be downloaded here: FileNamingEOYDigitalEntries

We are currently looking at an alternative meeting venue, as we have realised that the current premises (Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre) is not really big enough to suit our long term needs.  As we have always been in the Marion council area, we are first looking for a suitable venue close by, but if that is not possible we may have to look elsewhere.
